Members can now surface priorities from any Nigerian LGA. Validation and operational coverage follow the programme's activation and stewardship process.

Population lenses guide targeting, not access

Women remain the first configured emphasis. Young adults (18–35) covers all genders, while Young women (18–35) is explicitly configured as the intersection of both lenses. These tags support targeting and demographic outcome splits; membership, pilot geography, roles, and project scope are controlled separately.
