This Community Platform owns role context and work evidence. Euchreston Pulse/EDP owns the programmes, learning experience, assessment and certification. When the planned connection is enabled, the platform sends role, track, level, domain and engagement context; Pulse returns verified attainment and CARVE assessment data.

Workplace Excellence

Builds personal effectiveness, CARVE practice, and foundational cognitive, emotional and social intelligence. Every participant begins here; the programme is normally completed over six to eight weeks.

L2b · Leadership

Work Supervision

Prepares a first-line supervisor to coordinate roughly three to eight people, set expectations, observe work and close small accountability loops.

EDP is organised around becoming capable in real work, not consuming content or collecting a certificate.

01Discover

Clarify the goal and role context, establish a self-assessed baseline and use the AI coach to surface assumptions and development needs.

02Develop

Build the required knowledge, mental models, decision frameworks, belief shifts and demonstrated techniques for the role.

03Deliver

Practise through scenarios, case work, role-play, simulation and a reflection journal; receive AI and facilitator feedback on applied judgement.

04Share

Reassess, invite peer or manager observation, submit portfolio evidence and meet validated completion criteria before attainment is returned to the platform.

Substantive engagement

The current EDP validation model looks for at least 60% of required fields, an engagement-quality score of 40 or more, all four phases visited and responses averaging at least 50 characters.

Practice engagement

Complete a real practice session: frame the responsibility, capture the work breakdown and use AI-supported reflection to examine judgement and the next attempt.

Human validation

A facilitator or administrator can approve the evidence or return it with feedback. The documented workflow auto-approves after seven days when no review action is taken.

Attainment, then continued practice

Completion of all modules unlocks the programme certificate and verified level record. The certificate is a milestone; practice, feedback and role evidence continue.
